Title: Senior Electrical Project ManagerLocation: Owings Mills, MD areaSalary: $90k - $150,000/year Base SalaryFounded in 1955, we are a commercial electrical subcontractor participating in preconstruction, design, pre-planning, project oversight, and construction implementation throughout the Baltimore area. We mainly focus on Commercial projects, Institutional, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Office Buildings.We are looking for a Electrical Project Manager with strong experience electrical project management, electrical systems, and able to manage multiple projects ranging from $200k-$10M.What You Will Be Doing Plan and organize a project Prepare project estimates, scope, and present proposals to clients Interact with vendors to secure best project pricing Train and effectively supervise Project Engineers in the company philosophy and systems Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the onsite Foreman and General Superintendent to ensure project is being built on schedule, and within budgets Supervise the preparation of any and all change quotations for presentation to the prime client.
