Company Overview:We are partnered with a premier, multi-strategy hedge fund known for its diverse investment strategies and cutting-edge financial technology who is seeking a seasoned Workday HRIS Administrator to play a pivotal role in managing their Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring that their HR technology optimally supports the company's growth, operations, and dynamic talent needs. You will be a key player in enhancing system functionalities, supporting HR processes, and delivering data-driven insights that help shape strategic decisions.Position Overview:The Workday HRIS Administrator will serve as the subject matter expert for all Workday modules (Core HCM, Talent, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, etc.), providing both strategic and hands-on support. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and IT departments to maintain and enhance the Workday platform, while ensuring system integrity, optimization, and process automation.Key Responsibilities:Workday System ManagementManage, configure, and maintain all Workday modules, including HCM, payroll, benefits, compensation, and talent management. Lead system updates, module rollouts, and testing of new functionality.System Enhancements & OptimizationIdentify opportunities to enhance existing functionality or introduce new features. Partner with HR and Finance stakeholders to improve workflows, reduce manual tasks, and optimize system performance.Data Integrity & AuditsEnsure the integrity and accuracy of HR data through regular audits, data corrections, and ongoing system maintenance. Implement best practices for data governance.Report Generation & AnalyticsDevelop, generate, and automate complex reports and dashboards using Workday's reporting tools. Provide actionable insights and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.User Training & SupportProvide support to HR staff, managers, and employees on system usage and functionality. Create training materials, conduct workshops, and troubleshoot any issues related to Workday.Compliance & SecurityEnsure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. Maintain the security of sensitive HR information, and manage system permissions and roles.Vendor ManagementServe as the primary liaison with Workday and third-party vendors to resolve issues, implement solutions, and manage system upgrades.Required Qualifications:Workday Expertise3+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Administrator, with deep expertise in configuring and optimizing Workday modules such as Core HCM, Talent, Payroll, and Benefits.Technical ProficiencyStrong skills in report creation, integrations (EIBs, APIs), and Workday Studio. Experience with business process configurations, security models, and data management.Analytical SkillsExperience in generating and analyzing complex reports.
