This individual is exceptionally organized, has a keen eye for detail and is not afraid to hold people accountable to their responsibilities. They are the glue that holds together Creative, Marketing, Web, Product, Sales, etc. and facilitates amazing work between all of our teams. RESPONSIBILITIESLead coordination of all marketing initiatives, running point on strategic alignment and executionHelp with development and implementation of cross-org GTM strategyCoordination of campaign strategy for brand and creative teams and taking initiatives from inception to completionDevelopment of creative request intake forms and delegation of responsibilitiesOwner of Monday project management system structure and use cases internallyUtilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on trackAdministrator of key business documents like product matrices, GTM calendars, request forms, etc.Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to executive leadershipQUALIFICATIONS3+ years of project management experienceExpert-level understand of PM software ( preferred, Asana, Trello, etc. all completely acceptable)Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate with and hold senior leaders accountableAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
