DescriptionThe Confidential Trust Company is an innovative, fast growing and well-funded boutique trust company serving ultra-high net worth families. The Trust Administrative Officer is a critical member of an elite team of professionals acting as a fiduciary, administering, and managing all trust accounts. This role will be based in-person out of our Las Vegas, NV office.If you want to be on the cutting edge of the rapidly changing trust and investment world, backed by the very best technology, ideas and people, this opportunity is for you.Job ResponsibilitiesWork with the team to ensure proper administration of all trust accountsReview governing instruments and prepare trust analysis as part of the initial trust review processParticipate in the vetting and on-boarding of new clientsServe as an in-house resource for trust administration questionsCreate, review and approve Discretionary Distribution RequestsSummarize client's estate planning documents into easy-to understand termsCommunicate effectively with clients regarding their estate plansHelp develop and implement trust administration policies and proceduresParticipate in and represent Confidential Trust Company at relevant conferences nationwide Provide client and partner focused service with responsiveness, professionalism and tactConduct periodic account and document reviews to identify possible client needsManage relationships with internal business partnerResponsible for various reporting, including Assets under Administration and Investment MonitoringQualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA, CFP or CTFA preferredExperience with Accutrust, Addepar or other trust accounting software a plusAt least 3 years' experience in personal trust administrationKnowledge of income, estate and gift taxesExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated individual able to pair and contribute to a strong team. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be discreet and reliable, able to handle and protect highly confidential financial and personal information, internally and externallyCompetitive salary package, depending on experience (DOE) and qualifications and excellent benefit package.
