Are you a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist in the Hinsdale area looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children?Seasons Therapy, a leading multidisciplinary state of the art pediatric clinic in Hinsdale, IL, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our vibrant and collaborative team.Responsibilities:Provide patient-centered care to pediatric clients, focusing on developmental milestones and individualized treatment plans.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes for patients.Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate functional improvements in children.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.Continuously assess and modify treatment plans to meet the evolving needs of pediatric patients.Must have a degree or a certificate in Occupational Therapy from a school approved by AOTA.Must be licensed or license eligible as defined by the Illinois Occupational Therapy Act.EI/CFC certified or eligible.NBOTC certifiedMaintain current CPR certificate.JOB REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust have a degree or a certificate in Occupational Therapy from a school approved by AOTA.Must be licensed or license eligible as defined by the Illinois Occupational Therapy Act.EI/CFC certified or eligible.NBOTC certifiedMaintain current CPR certificate. Strong background and 2-5 years minimum experience with pediatric occupational therapy ? Able to establish strong connections with students and families ? Able to work collaboratively with others ? Able to synthesize data to help inform decisions ? Knowledge of social/emotional needs of the student body ? Highly developed verbal and written communication skills ?
