Starbucks | DTW Airport Location Weekly Pay Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of delicious Starbucks beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, and more, following the highest quality standards. Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, making them feel at home even while they're on the go. Take and fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring every cup meets Starbucks' high-quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and operational at all times. Upsell and promote Starbucks products, such as pastries, snacks, and merchandise, to enhance the customer experience. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, ensuring proper reconciliation of sales.Requirements: - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
