They are actively seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to help lead their overall Preconstruction team.Please apply for immediate consideration, or reach out to Garrett Gale directly at 617-824-2652DescriptionThe Preconstruction Manager - Top Southeast ENR GC - Triad will be responsible for:Taking a management role during the design and construction document phases of the project in an effort to reduce construction costs through design efficiency and value engineeringCollaborating with architects, engineers and other design and third party consultants in the preparation and review of contract documents including landscape architects and interim designsCommunicating with VP and Project Managers on design, pricing models, forecasting, trends, and issuesLead the constructability review and redlines of plans and specifications at designated design milestonesDeveloping RFP for design-build subcontractors and leading the coordination meetings for subcontractorsOversee and manage all staff who have been assigned to preconstruciton efforts.
