They pride themselves on delivering exceptional legal services to their clients while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Attorney/Partner with a minimum of 6 years of practice in any or all of the following areas: Corporate, Commercial, Transactional, and Mergers & Acquisitions. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success, a robust book of business, and the ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys.Key Responsibilities:Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and commercial matters.Provide strategic legal advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional activities.Negotiate and draft complex contracts and agreements.Lead client interactions and maintain strong client relationships.Mentor and develop junior attorneys and staff.Contribute to the growth and development of the firm through business development initiatives.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.License to practice in Illinois and in good standing.Minimum of 6 years of relevant legal experience in Corporate, Commercial, Transactional, or M&A practices.A portable book of business.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to providing excellent client service.During the initial screening & introductory conversation, my client's name will remain confidential.
