IT Operations AdministratorStart: ASAPLocation: Crawfordsville, IN - work is ONSITEContract Length: 6 months to start, possible to extendShift: DayPay: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour (depending on experience)Basic Job Functions:Seeking qualified applicants for the position of IT Operations Administrator. This position is responsible for configuring, operating, and maintaining various enterprise-wide systems as well as supporting internal IT partners across the enterprise.Experience in Enterprise Level administration in:• Troubleshooting and extending VMWare environments• Azure, Active Directory, O365 administration• Backup, Testing, and recovery• Fiber channel/SAN administration• General networking understanding and WIFI troubleshooting.• Assist in the implementation/installation, maintenance/troubleshooting, and licensing of software/applications.• Troubleshooting and maintaining certain IT infrastructure equipment such as computers/laptops, phones,printers, conference room, servers, access control systems and network devices• Work on projects and perform other duties as assigned.• Work a rotational on-call IT support schedule to include evenings and weekends as assigned.Safety is the most important part of all jobs within COMPANY; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate theability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.Minimum Qualifications:• 3 year technical experience supporting users with items such as computers/laptops, desk phones, mobilephones, printers• IT related associate degree, or Equivalent combination of experience and education will also be considered.Detailed Selection Criteria:• Strong commitment to Safety• Proven experience working as part of a coordinated effort with others to achieve a common goal andhaving the ability to deal with all personnel at all levels.• Working knowledge of server, storage, and network troubleshooting.• Documents technical processes and troubleshooting guidelines, including end-user frequently askedquestions (FAQs) about computer systems or programs.• Alerts leadership to emerging trends in incidents and recommends solutions for reducing user problems.• Requires a professional demeanor with a high degree of flexibility, responsiveness, and self-direction.• Identifying problems and analyzing or reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options andimplement solutions.• Knowledge of the practical application of technology. This includes applying principles, techniques,procedures, and equipment to the work at hand.• Developing specific goals and plans for prioritizing, organizing, and accomplishing individual work andthe work of the team.• The ability to give full attention to what others are saying and communicating information so that otherswill understand.• Displays responsibility, reliability, is committed to fulfilling work obligations and can hold others accountable for desired results.• Supporting internal customer needs and requests for help in a timely and effective manner.• Ability to work efficiently with minimal oversight.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting MS Windows, Office, Outlooks, and other basicWindows applications• Experience assembling, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals• Experience troubleshooting networking equipment, Conference rooms audio/visual, and Securitysystems/cameras/badges• Experience with workstation imaging software and an MDM solution such as Intune• Experience with VMWare• Experience in a heavy industrial setting• Experience with customer support or helpdesk• Experience with Dell Power Protect and Dell EMC/CiscoPay Details: $36.00 to $42.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
