Yoh is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Paint Finisher to join our client L3Harris in Amityville, NY. As a Spray Paint Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and finish. If you have a passion for precision and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.Mix and apply spray paint according to specifications, ensuring an even and smooth finish.Inspect finished products for quality assurance, adjusting as needed.Maintain and clean spray-painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.Document and report any issues or discrepancies in the painting process.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training in painting or finishing is a plus.Proven experience in spray painting or a related field.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.Must be available to work 2nd shift Mon-Fri 2;30pm - 12am. Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
