 Litigation Paralegal/Legal AssistantWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and be ready to contribute to our fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, briefs, motions, subpoenas, and discovery materialsConduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparationManage electronic case files and documents, ensuring all materials are current and well-organizedFacilitate the discovery process, including document collection, review, and productionCreate detailed deposition summaries and comprehensive trial bindersCoordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and external agenciesMonitor and manage case-related deadlines and calendarsProvide administrative support to attorneys as neededRequired Skills & Qualifications:2-3 years of hands-on experience in commercial litigation supportIn-depth understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and processes specific to commercial litigationProficiency in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Experience:Familiarity with electronic discovery tools and case management softwareExperience with federal and state court filing systemsFull Benefits including 2 work from home days per month!
