Plant HR Manager - $85K - $100K

The Plant HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions within the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance evaluations. They play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with the plant's operational goals. This position is full-time on-site at the plant and will oversee a team of two.Client DetailsOur client is a family-owned, global food manufacturer. They have a diverse portfolio of well-known brands and they play a significant role in the global market. The Plant HR Manager will support 100 employees, some being in a union. Union experience is required. DescriptionManage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development to ensure the plant has a skilled and engaged workforce.Collaborate closely with union representatives to negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, and maintain positive labor relations.Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies within the plant.Develop and implement HR strategies that align with production goals and improve employee performance and retention.Lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture, addressing employee concerns and fostering a safe, inclusive environment.ProfilePrevious HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
