We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for levels 1-3 positions. These roles are vital to our mission of providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients with exceptional needs in the greater Philly area.As an RBT, you will work directly with clients in home, community, and school settings, implementing behavior reduction protocols and clinical skills instruction. You'll be part of a dynamic team, working under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to make a positive impact on our clients' lives.Key Responsibilities:Implement learning programs and behavior reduction protocols based on ABA principlesCollect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progressAssist with assessments and parental training under BCBA supervisionMaintain client confidentiality and ensure their safety and well-beingCollaborate with team members and participate in ongoing trainingDocument service activities and complete required paperwork promptlyFor RBT 2-3: Mentor junior staff, assist in team leadership, and participate in program developmentQualifications:Current, valid RBT credentialHigh School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field optional Experience levels:RBT 1: Newly certified RBTRBT 2: Minimum one year of RBT experienceRBT 3: Minimum three years of RBT experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in basic computer skills and required softwareInterpersonal Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work productively with diverse teams and develop relationships with clients and familiesCreative problem-solving skills and adaptabilityStrong organizational and time management capabilitiesLeadership skills (for RBT 2-3 positions)Compensation & Benefits:Hourly rate ranging from $23 to $25, commensurate with experience and qualificationsFull benefits package including insurance, 401(k), and PTOOpportunities for professional growth and advancementFlexible HoursAdditional Requirements:Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal bckg check (BCI and FBI)CPR certificationValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and respond quickly to client needIf you are a certified RBT passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with exceptional needs, we encourage you to apply!
