Are you a skilled attorney with 3 years of experience in trust, estates, and probate law? Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable lawyer to join their team. As a key member of the practice, you will handle a variety of complex matters relating to estate planning, probate administration, and trust management, working closely with clients to ensure their wishes are effectively carried out.Key Responsibilities:Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorneyProvide legal advice on wealth preservation strategies, tax implications, and asset protectionRepresent clients in probate court, handling estate administration, contested wills, and trust litigationAdvise fiduciaries and beneficiaries on the duties and rights within estate and trust administrationManage guardianship and conservatorship casesCollaborate with financial planners, accountants, and other professionals to create comprehensive estate plansEnsure compliance with Ohio probate laws and regulationsQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive bar license in the state of OhioMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in trust, estates, and probate lawStrong understanding of Ohio's probate code and estate tax lawsExcellent communication and client service skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detailExperience in trust and estate litigation is a plusWhy Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and supportive work environmentEngaging and diverse client baseThis is an exceptional opportunity for growth alongside talented practitioners.
