Position: Home Building Superintendent Responsibilities:Oversee entire home building process, ensuring efficient executionManage assigned Home Schedules and production timelinesCoordinate, schedule, and supervise subcontractors using ITK System and documented communicationsReceive and manage building materials at Home Sites according to ScheduleResponsible for Budget control in building process (e.g., waste removal, erosion control, re-work)Set and adhere to Closing Dates, managing construction to meet settlement deadlinesEnforce Quality Assurance Program and Trade Partners' Quality ControlEnsure community presentation and enforce site policiesAdhere to OSHA rules, maintain equipment and materials on siteMaintain ITK records (daily reports, field orders) and coordinate inspectionsConduct required Homebuyer Meetings (pre-construction, orientation, walkthroughs)Communicate progress to Sales Staff regularlyPerform additional assigned duties as neededRequired Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in ITK and MarkSystem is a HUGE PLUS (Scheduling, Quality Control, Experience with building software)Highly organized, flexible, adept at prioritization, meeting deadlines under pressureMinimum 5 years of homebuilding experience, including potential transition from Assistant Superintendent roleLeadership experience overseeing teams of 15 individualsAbility to manage 10-15 homes concurrentlyUnderstanding of house plans, professional, easy to work withRespectful, outgoing, open, and flexible demeanorMaintains composure and performs well under pressureJoin our client's team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional homes on time!Compensation and Benefits:Base Salary: $70,000-$100,000 depending on experienceBonus: Based on performanceBenefits:Employee-paid health benefits (vision and dental are optional)15 days PTO accrued at 1.25 days per month6 stated holidays and 2 floating holidaysAPPLY NOW and send your updated personal resume to melissa.strater@All qualified individuals will be contacted.All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
