As an AISC certified steel fabricator, they are known for their reliability and innovation.Position Overview: This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Sales Director in the structural steel or industrial construction industry. If you have a proven track record in sales leadership and established connections in the region, this role offers substantial potential for growth and advancement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve company goals and increase market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.Identify and target new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.Lead sales presentations and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.Mentor and guide the sales team to maximize performance and drive growth.Essential Job Functions:Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and competitive landscape.Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events.Skills and Qualifications:5 years of sales experience in the structural steel or industrial construction industry, with leadership experience preferred.Proven success in managing and selling projects ranging from $4M-$10M .Strong network and established connections within the region.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Salary: The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $120,000, with opportunity for commission and bonus incentives.
