Focusing heavily on MEP and HVAC systems, with potential integrations of solar panels and microgrids. With a team of about 50 employees, they primarily serve the Federal Government but also undertakes projects in municipalities, universities, hospitality, and data centers.DescriptionMy client is seeking a seasoned Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in MEP Projects:Manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are metSupervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standardsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesConduct regular site inspections and maintaining detailed reportsCollaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptlyUphold a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job siteAbility to travel to current projects in Virginia and South Carolina, eventually settling down in DCProfile5+ years of experience as a Superintendent supervising or performing heavy mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.
