This role is required to visit Ogden, UT on a minimum weekly basis. It is desired for the candidates to be local or close by. Background:The Depot Activation team which is charted to develop new depot capabilities acrossthe world has multiple projects requiring Project Management support. Scope of Work:Provide project management support for existing Depot Activation projects and Depot Activation proposals.1) Support proposal developmenta. Gather competitive intelligence, as requiredb. Gather and document project information and business case assumptionsc. Develop and maintain project risk assessmentsd. Submit wining Depot Activation proposalse. Develop presentations in support of gate reviews2) Support project trackinga. Maintain project schedules, as neededb. Lead and/or support status meetingsc. Identify and resolve issues affecting project scheduled. Initiate periodic review of projected sales3) Project executiona. Provide Project management support throughout the stages as directedand assigned by team leaders.b. Work with project team to develop and maintain schedules, risk tools, andproposals.c. Monitor execution of delivery schedules.d. Forecast and meet project sales.e. Provide reporting and monthly status reports on all projects.f. Support proposal developmentg.
