Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a National Agricultural Organization to find an Administrative Assistant to support office operations and Human Resources Manager. This will be a full-time, ongoing role because of the increase of business. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of Administrative Support experience, preferably in Human Resources, and have experience with SharePoint.Job Title: Administrative AssistantLocation: West St. Louis CountyStatus: Contract; OngoingSchedule: Mon - Fri, DaysComp: $26-28/hr, negotiable based on experienceOverview: The Administrative Assistant will support the Human Resources Manager with administrative functions such as collecting and filing evaluations, maintaining personnel files, etc. They will also provide support to the general office and leaders of the organization including calendaring and scheduling events or meetings, ordering supplies, maintaining databases, electronic filing, file management through SharePoint, etc. Requirements: · 3 to 5 years of Administrative or Office Management in a corporate environment.· Human Resources assistant experience highly preferred.· Compliance experience is a plus.· SharePoint experience- file management, landing page set up, home page set up, etc. highly preferred.
