If so, then this role is for you!Company DescriptionMetroTrade LLC ("MetroTrade") is an aspiring Chicago-based fintech and commodity broker focused on the retail futures space.In this role, the ideal candidate will:Leverage phone, email and chat to help resolve client support inquiries regarding their account and the trading platform.Help clients with various inquiries related to account setup, technical support, and the troubleshooting of issues.Utilize our CRM and internal tools to efficiently manage customer data and boost productivity.Proactively observe and communicate customer needs and requests to internal resources and vendorsWork with third parties (vendors, counterparties, exchanges) to resolve client and firm-specific issues and projectsAssist with the creation and revision of policies and procedures to streamline services and increase customer satisfactionHelp out as required in other elements of the business including marketing, IT, account management.Minimum requirements:The ability to connect with customers with empathy and compassion.The ability to learn and then explain complex concepts and systems in a variety of ways to satisfy a broad range of customer needs.Technical savvy and an ability to troubleshoot issues real-time.Knowledge and interest in the futures/financial services/trading industry.A series 3 license or the ability to pass the series 3 within 6 months of hire.An understanding of regulated industries and frameworks required to work within them.
