About the Company:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic cardiology team. As the Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients while supporting the healthcare team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, assisting with patient care, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, be adept at utilizing technology, and have previous experience with Athena software preferred. You will be working under the supervision of Dr.Raghav Sharma, he holds 8 board certifications, and is fond of teaching and educating medical trainees and APP's.About the Role:We are looking forward to bringing on an enthusiastic echo and vascular technician to our fun and dynamic team. The technician will be conducting echocardiograms, carotid ultrasound, and lower extremity arterial ultrasound. Key Responsibilities:• Perform echocardiograms, including transthoracic and stress echocardiograms. • Prepare detailed reports for physicians.• Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment with accuracy.• Work closely with cardiologists to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment plans.• Ensure patient comfort and provide clear communication about procedures.Qualifications:• ARDMS or CCI certification required.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac sonography.• Proficiency with cardiac imaging equipment.• Excellent communication and patient care skills.Required Skills: Proficiency in performing echocardiograms (transthoracic and stress).In-depth knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and hemodynamics.Expertise in operating and maintaining cardiac ultrasound equipment.Ability to analyze and interpret sonographic data and generate detailed reports.ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) certification in cardiac sonography.Strong understanding of Doppler and 2D imaging techniques.Familiarity with Studycast/PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and electronic medical records (EMR).Excellent patient care and interpersonal communication skills.Attention to detail and strong critical thinking abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Equal Opportunity Statement:Heartwell Medical Group PA is an equal opportunity employer.
