JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Senior Account ManagerLocation: Schaumburg, ILSummary: Our culture is built on professionalism, innovation, and a customer-centric approach. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the success of major projects.Duties:Sales and Account Growth: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, focusing onboth closing current sales opportunities and expanding business within existing accounts.Client Development: Identify and expand market share by increasing the number of key contacts within each customer organization, leveraging those relationships to generate new business opportunities.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans for large clients, ensuring long-term growth, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives.Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline that is at least three times the sales goal, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities and revenue.Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects from start to finish, including managing project Gantt charts and keeping them on track with client expectations. Task Tracking: Send and manage weekly open task emails for current projects, ensuring clear communication and accountability for both internal teams and clients.Client Engagement: Maintain consistent engagement with clients through virtual and in- person meetings, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.Travel Requirements: This position will involve 25 to 30% national travel.
