Housekeeping Manager - $110k- $150k plus bonus and fully paid benefitsThis Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of housekeeping across multiple properties, ensuring a clean, organized, and sanitized environment. This role includes overseeing staff schedules, coordinating vendor activities, and providing personalized service to Principals while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and upholding high standards of cleanliness.Responsibilities:Direct daily housekeeping functions, oversee staff schedules, and guarantee thorough property upkeep across various locations.Act as a point of contact for Principals to fulfill their requests with a focus on personalized service; coordinate with vendors and manage household projects.Train and supervise housekeeping personnel on operational protocols, safety measures, and property-specific guidelines to enhance efficiency and compliance.Perform routine property evaluations, track guest arrival and departure schedules, and handle essential household duties, including errands and meal prep.Develop and maintain household checklists and manuals to ensure systematic organization and preparedness in all household operations.Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, polishing floors, and vacuuming carpets, rugs, and draperies.Dust and clean furniture, polish metal fixtures, wipe glass surfaces, and manage trash disposal in a sanitary manner.Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, and windows are clean; make beds, change linens, and organize rooms as necessary.Handle laundry tasks by sorting, washing, ironing, folding, and storing clothing and linens; pack Principals' clothing and accessories for travel as required.Operate and care for cleaning equipment, monitor repairs, and uphold a safe and hygienic environment within the household.Keep records of visitors, contractors, and vendors; manage receipts, document issues, and confirm task completion as needed.Secure the home during working hours and at the end of the day; remain available to respond to emergency alarm alerts.Work alongside household staff to organize events and parties, offering support as needed, including flexibility for late hours and various locations.Ensure effective communication with team members to facilitate the completion of tasks; cross-train for backup and assist with phone inquiries and messages.Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years of experience, including experience in a supervisory role overseeing staffProficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Outlook) and knowledgeable about home technologies.Familiar with cleaning and sanitation techniques, including proper care for sensitive materials and fabrics.Bilingual in Spanish and EnglishDetail-oriented, proactive, and flexible self-starter, committed to confidentiality, safety, and providing excellent service in formal and casual settings.Base Salary: $110k- $150k plus bonus and fully paid medical/dental/vision, 401k with automatic employer contribution, and other benefits and perks!The above salary range represents Advice's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity and other non-cash incentives.Please send your resume for immediate consideration to: bsedita@If this particular role isn't the ideal fit, please feel free to forward your resume to the email above to explore other available opportunities.
