Schaub Insurance Agency, Inc. is a woman-owned independent insurance agency. We have over two decades of industry experience working with business owners, individuals, and families. We will always put the customer first, and work to keep insurance simplified. We were recently awarded North County's "Best Insurance Company" for 2024, and due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking 1-2 part-time and/or full-time remote CSRs/account managers. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing customer service and supporting the agency by servicing existing accounts and handling in-bound new business requests.Responsibilities· Handle in-bound new business requests for personal lines· Process service requests for personal lines· Review quotes, policies, and endorsements for accuracy· May assign commercial lines tasks based on skill level · May perform networking, and meetings as needed· General clerical duties, and administrative tasks, as neededPreferred Skills and Qualifications· Enthusiastic about the role insurance plays in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams· Self-motivated, detail oriented, and efficient· Work independently and resourceful· Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task· Strong customer service mindset and background· Excellent written communication skills· 2-4 years insurance industry work experience· Ability to work within a team, and have an effective relationship with clients, carriers and other businesses· Knowledge of QQ Catalyst, a plus· Valid property-casualty insurance license· Hourly pay plus bonuses
