Sales EngineerThe Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining customer relationships, and providing technical support to customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of precision machining and experience selling complex products to customers in a variety of industries.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniquesBuild and maintain relationships with existing customers, and identify new potential customersProvide technical support and advice to customers on precision machining products and servicesGenerate sales quotes and proposals for customers, and negotiate dealsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer needs are met and to develop new products and servicesAttend trade shows and other industry events to network and promote the companyProvide regular reports on sales activities and results to the sales directorQualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the precision machining industryStrong technical understanding of precision machining and the ability to explain complex products to customersExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsThe company offers a competitive salary and an outstanding benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth.
