Maintenance SupervisorThis exciting role will be responsible for leading the preventative maintenance around the facility and for the process equipment as well as completing projects related to maintenance and engineering requests safely and efficiently. A solid understanding of preventative maintenance within a manufacturing environment and leadership skills will be needed to be successful in this role. They are headquartered in the Burlington, WA area. The company is a leading designer and manufacturer of solar cells and PV Modules for the renewable energy industry. If you are an individual who loves to be hands-on and troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance, this role could be for you!Responsibilities:Plan, organize, schedule, assign, and oversee day-to-day maintenance work, performing various responsible duties related to the supervision of maintenance activities.Train, supervise, and evaluate the work of employees.Capable of leading a decently sized team of 25+ employees to perform preventative maintenance safely and efficiently.Ability to identify, modify, adjust, and repair mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic parts and equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or diagrams.Ability to utilize various power tools, hand tools, gauging, and measuring equipment safely and correctly.Capable of increasing equipment reliability to minimize downtime and improve efficiencies.Purchase maintenance materials and outside technical services as necessary. Assist in the establishment and implementation of a systematic preventative maintenance program. Investigate equipment failures and unexpected breakdowns. Provide corrective actions to improve reliability and performance. Monitor parts requests to ensure adequate inventory and cost efficiencies are met according to departmental budget. Lead Maintenance continuous improvement tasks reporting back to management with status updates. Qualifications:3+ years of leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment is required.Technical or engineering background or relevant equivalent work experience preferred. Understanding preventative maintenance procedures and project management is preferred.Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems is preferred.Salary Range:$85,000-100,000 depending on experience.
