Excellent opportunity for a Contract Paralegal to join a prestigious non profit organization. Role will focus on writing, fact-checking, scheduling and calendar management. Immediate start date available for 4+ month assignment.Client DetailsMission driven non-profit.DescriptionThis is a hybrid 4x per week in-office 9-5 role, that will work closely with the non profit's legal team on the following:Managing and organizing litigation calendars, case dockets, and case files.Providing support for the editing, production, and filing of pleadings, briefs, exhibits, legislative testimony, and other documents, including proofreading and cite-checking.Conducting research and communicating with court clerks regarding local rules and internal operating procedures.Providing administrative and technical support for court hearings, trials, and oral argumentsManaging litigation-related scheduling, invoices, and travel arrangements.Coordinating, managing, and tracking correspondence with potential amici, co-counsel and other partners.
