The role involves day-to-day tasks such as client services, communication, account opening, billing, subscription documents, and other financial operations. The rep will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide top-notch customer service. Applicants should have prior experience working in an operations position at a financial firm.ResponsibilitiesKey point of contact for operations both internally and externally with clientsOnboarding accounts and following up with AML/KYC, legal, and compliance within the firmManaging fund subscriptions, redemptions, and capital callsFacilitating transactions and completing paperwork (new accounts, transferring accounts, routine maintenance)Working with custodial service teamsDigital recordkeeping in CRM, custodial systems, portfolio accounts systems etc.RequirementsStrong Communication and Client Service skillsUndergraduate degree3 years of experience in operations/client serviceExperience working with custodial platforms such as Charles SchwabExperience handling fund operations (subscriptions, AML/KYC etc)Attention to detail and accuracy in workOn-site at least 3 days a weekBenefitsFull benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k
