The Project Manager is responsible for taking the project from inception including doing some take-offs and estimates through construction and obtaining CO. Client DetailsGeneral Contractor with over 30 years of successful Luxury Residential and High-End Commercial projects. DescriptionManage project from pre-construction through obtaining COManage submittal's that are required to document the construction process.Coordinate and track project plans and permittingManage project controls and financial's for project including change orders. Interprets plans and specifications to prepare proper building schedule and field installation.Manage the change management process, by updating logs, routing source documents to vendors, obtaining pricing, developing estimates and proposals, wiring change orders and other related activities.
