Our client, a financial services consultancy, is seeking a Meeting & Events Coordinator to support the Corporate Giving Team! This position was created due to increased growth within the company and provides the opportunity to serve as the right-hand to an inspiring, engaging leader.Job Details:Title: Meetings & Events CoordinatorType: ContractLength: 6 monthsStart: ASAPFormat: 100% On-Site, free parkingLocation: Fort Worth, TXPay Rate: $28-30/hourBackground Check: Will be ran upon offerCandidate profile and qualificationsExperience - 2-3+ years of corporate event planning, with proven involvement in the planning, coordination, and logistics of philanthropic fundraising and/or charitable eventsTechnical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and/or Event Planning softwareSoft Skillsstrong verbal/written communication skills, professional, passionateJob Duties & Responsibilities:Assists with the tracking and training of the Giving platform, which includes content, programs and volunteer alignmentAssists by educating and communicating programsHelps support the Field on giving initiativesRepresents and attends all corporate volunteer and charitable activitiesGrows connection and awareness of charitable giving at national, regional, and local levels across the workforce and with our clients and prospectsHelps support the corporate and Field charities to build/align giving program and initiativesCoordinates with leadership on Diversity and Inclusion programsWill help Corporate Giving Specialist with Spirit of Giving Campaign for Home Office EmployeesAssists the Corporate Giving Specialist with project/department milestones ensuring goals are metAssists Meetings and Events Team with small meetings and events on CampusAssists Meetings and Events Team with Home Office Luncheons, Board Meetings, Executive Meetings, Small Departmental Meetings and Trainings on campus and at local venues/hotelsThis Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
