The contractor shall provide professional visual information and graphical design services to support OCCA and to other offices with high demands for visualization, marketing, briefing, and presentations. The contractor shall develop a set of nested communication products for each mission-specific communication strategy that follow the DCSA branding guides. The contractor shall develop graphic and visual information products that enhance and reinforce a consistent and high-quality portrayal of the DCSA brand in a manner that is always consistent with the DCSA branding guide. Plans, designs, and manages the production of visual communication and graphic material in order to convey specific messages or concepts and clarify complex information for consumption by a wide array of internal/external stakeholders. The contractor shall participate in meetings/discussions in order to frame context for graphic product development. Presents initial drafts for customer review, comment, and approval. Incorporates feedback and makes adjustments to meet the requirements as outlined by the Agency branding guide, OCCA leadership and respective customers. Deliverables include but are not limited to visual concepts for wide range of uses, infographics, placemats, briefings, slick sheets, posters, trifolds, logos, templates, web banners, animations for web page and social media, signage. This support will include the following: Planning, designing, and managing the production of visual communication and graphic material to convey specific messages or concepts and clarify complex information for consumption by a wide array of internal/external stakeholders. Using a customer focused, design thinking methodology that is repeatable across the DCSA and each mission-specific portfolio. Developing creative and design centric graphics that clearly illustrate the unique business cases each mission for a wide array of audiences, both internal and external to the Agency. Establishing relationships with OCCA's Visual Information team, Mission Leaders, and other customers for the development of on-demand graphic products, identifies milestones, and timelines for product delivery. Building and presenting initial draft products for customer review, comment, and approval. Incorporates feedback and makes necessary adjustments to meet the requirements as outlined by OCCA and mission leadership and/or customer. Submitting and presenting final product to the OCCA lead and designated customer leads as required. As necessary, participating in meetings/discussions to frame context for graphic product development. Printing and delivering graphic material that is not being electronically transmitted to respective audience, these include, but are not limited to trifolds, placemats, and other products as required by OCCA to support the needs of each mission-specific communication plan. Developing graphics as necessary to support webpage content and support development of page design to make navigation easier and more conducive to operational support capabilities. Developing graphics as necessary to support social media posts to support the needs of each mission-specific communication plan. Other miscellaneous graphics design services to support customer needs. These services may include, but are not limited to logo design, business card, and label design; signage design and creation; infographics; web banners; Microsoft office products such as PowerPoint presentation; and etc. Supporting the build out of the knowledge management repository the graphic support across the Agency Professionally update existing organizational briefing slides and other messaging materials to reflect recent organizational changes and enhance customer visual/graphic experience. Perform outreach activities to customers, Public Affairs offices, mission partners, and communication teams to collaborate, disseminate, and build products. Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed.
