Position Summary: The Senior (Sr.) Salesforce Business Analyst is a critical member of our team, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our Salesforce Projects. This high-visibility role encompasses a broad area of responsibility within a multi-disciplinary Enterprise-level Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate excels in communication, requirements gathering, and collaboration with peers, users, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.Daily Responsibilities:Solicit, gather, evaluate, and document information from various sources and stakeholders during business discovery and groomingTranslate high-level information into detailed requirements and clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria in JIRAMap functional business requirements to features and functionality; develop as-is and to-be process mapsCollaborate with different stakeholders to document business and functional requirements into Epic's and User Stories, or Business Requirements Documents.Work as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, and the technical team throughout the project cycleEngage with Developers, Solution Architects, and other delivery team members to ensure systems meet business needsParticipate in and contribute to conversations around process improvement solutioning and architecture on the Salesforce platformIf needed, can facilitate Agile scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesFacilitates grooming of user stories and participate in sprint execution,Engage in testing cycles (UAT, Regression, and system), create Test Plans and Test Cases, and facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders.Manage feedback in the form of enhancements and bugs, ensuring the quality of the solution outputPrepare project-specific documentation and deliverables, including User Guides, Quick Reference Sheets, Train-the-Trainer materials, data dictionaries, communication plans, and training video, as neededConduct training sessions for end usersAssess requirements to produce wireframes, visual flows, process diagrams, and/or fit-gap analysis to devise options for solving business challengesIdentify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, developing plans to escalate and mitigate them effectivelyRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or Computer Science or similarMinimum work experience:5 years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experienceMinimum 3+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile driven development environmentMinimum 3 years' experience with the Salesforce platform configuring sales, service, community clouds, and/or custom Salesforce appsExperience applying Agile/Scrum methodologiesSalesforce Administration skills are highly preferredExperience conducting simple to complex Project Demos and Sprint DemosExcellent listening, oral, written, and presentation skillsExcellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detailsExperience working in JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management toolsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Lucid chart, and SharePointDesired Skills and Experience:Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral, and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a team-based environmentExperience working with sandbox and production environmentsDemonstrated adherence to best practicesExperience using JIRA or Agile AcceleratorU.S. Federal Government experienceWork Authorization/ClearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a Federal Government background investigation.
