Lakeside HR Group has been engaged to recruit for an Executive Assistant for a family owned luxury custom homebuilder. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a client that truly values the relationships they have built with their clients and their reputation within the community. This position will be onsite based in Wayzata, Minnesota. If you are: bright, helpful, organized, have a sense of humor, are a problem solver, have a sense of urgency, cheerful and confident this could be the perfect role for you!Principal Responsibilities:Owner's expense reportsScheduling of meetings on owner's calendarScheduling travelPrint emails and attachments for ownerAttend meetings with owner and take notesRequirements:5+ years Administrative Assistant experienceAbility to travel on occasion???Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly Proficient in MS Office including ExcelAssociates degree or higher is preferredValid drivers licenseWorking vehicle and insuranceUS citizen or work permitBenefits include:Nine paid holidays annually, PTO, Employer supplied Health, Dental and Vision insurance paid at 50% by employer, Quarterly bonus structure, Pension program, Up to $1000 per year continuing education.
