Hiring ManagerStaffing for a Professional IT Services Company Focused on ExcellenceForm 10 Group has an immediate opening for the right person to lead our recruiting and staffing functions.The hiring manager will primarily be tasked with ensuring we have qualified teams in place to meet our busy IT project schedules and our customers' needs for technical field support.The ideal candidate will easily fit into our company culture and can work effectively within a collaborative team-oriented environment. Our services include large scale deployments of new equipment and solutions, enterprise field maintenance and help desk, program management and logistics, and technical support.Responsibilities:Manage the company's recruiting effortsWork alongside and lead the other members of the HR team to ensure staffing requisitions and manpower requirements are fulfilled on time.Write job postings, screen applicants, conduct video and in person interviews and make hiring recommendationsManage complex background check and clearance processes for multiple customers and programsPerform company HR and administrative duties as neededSupport project logistics by overseeing travel arrangementsKeep detailed and up to date records of technicians' qualifications and background clearancesPrepare background clearance and onboarding paperworkWork with bookkeeping staff to review and manage contractor travel expenses and paymentsProvide training to the junior members of the HR teamRequirements and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (4-year program)4-5 years of experience working in HR, recruiting, or as a staffing coordinator or office manager with recruiting dutiesExperience and proficiency in conducting interviewsExperience working within a time-compressed period and ability to meet deadlinesExperience working in IT and recruiting for technical positions is preferredMust be willing to work on-site/in person Monday - Friday in our Tampa, FL office.Bias for actionStrong communications skills including ability to provide clear and detailed instructions both written and verballyProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applicationsExperience level: 4-5 years of experience in HR, staffing or recruiting, or office managementAncillary InformationJob typeFull-time.
