Volt is immediately hiring for Compliance Analyst As aCompliance Analyst, you will:Develops, analyzes, and submits various reports to the appropriate state and federal agencies.Reviews and approves applications and renewals for state government licensing reports.Assists in the review of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws.Assists with the collection of data and the logistics for on-site federal and state regulatory agencies and internal examinations.Assists in the coordination of compliance activities. Provides continuous process improvements for assigned processes.Assists in the communication of statutes and regulations changes and policy and procedural changes.Job Requirements:Previous experience with OFCCP compliance guidelinesPrevious experience working with Talent Acquisition and ComplianceStrong experience with excel - particularly with creating pivot tablesShift: Monday - Friday - 1st Shift Duration: 12+ Months Location: RemotePay rate: $20/hr. to $24/hr.Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
