Job DescriptionHow You'll Make an ImpactEpsilon is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst (SFSA) to join the Financial Systems team. As an SFSA, you will be responsible for the implementation of new technology and the support of existing solutions and processes that support our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions. The SFSA will report to the Senior Director of Finance and work closely with teammates, users, and the greater finance/IT organization with our sales compensation tool, Xactly.What You'll AchieveAs a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you will act as the primary business systems support for the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system (including Sales Compensation plan development, testing, overall system maintenance). You will be responsible for configuration (build), testing and implementation of SC plans in Xactly Incent including report and dashboard creation, working closely with the Sales Compensation team. As a SFSA, you will be entrusted to configure/implement new sales compensation plans including gathering and documenting processes, determining overall design and system integrations, configuration, and testing components). In this role, you will work directly with individuals across the organization including finance, accounting, internal IT (hardware, software, networking, and DBA's). Along with this, you will act as an ambassador for the Financial Systems team to proactively ensure maximum utilization of technology.
