Availability: Monday- Friday, normal business hours. Opportunity starts on November 1st and will last two months until the end of the year with the potential for extension depending on needs.Join a Mission-Driven Team! A well-established nonprofit in Tacoma is seeking three organized and detail-oriented Program Support Coordinators to support their Rental Assistant Department with administrative and customer service support for their critical waitlist project. In this impactful role, you'll play a key part in helping families and individuals access much-needed rental assistance. You'll manage and update waitlists, support applicants throughout the process, and ensure data accuracy and timely communication. If you're passionate about public housing, social services, and making a difference in your community, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a team committed to positive change!Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to applicants via phone, email, and in-person, addressing inquiries and providing waitlist status updates.Assist with processing applications, updating applicant information in the systemAssist with data entry, file organization, and document management.Collaborate with staff to ensure compliance with policies and accurate record-keeping.Perform general administrative tasks, such as preparing correspondence, generating reports, and scheduling appointmentsHelp manage applicant meetings and notify eligible applicants about housing opportunities.Prepare and distribute documents, including recertification packets and verification forms.Assist with other clerical tasks and special projects as needed.QUALIFICATIONSPrevious customer service and administrative experience Prior volunteer, job or education experience working with diverse populations, in social services, non-profits, housing, government regulations, real estate is highly desiredExperience working with budgets, drafting contracts, submitting change orders and obtaining electronic signatures is a plusExperience in tracking projects in project management databases is a plusDemonstrate an ability to get along with others effectively; to lead and inspire, to build teams and manage conflict; to participate as a team member; and to give and accept criticism constructively.Can attend to highly detailed work accurately and efficientlyHave a high regard for and ability to meet schedules and timelines; demonstrate excellent ability to work independently with little direction.Ability to engage a wide variety of people with a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and good humor, including culturally, socially, and economically diverse populations, seniors, persons with disabilities, contractors, and professional colleagues.Possess a high degree of proficiency in programs including Word, Excel, and OutlookShow strong commitment to maintain confidentiality in all assignments as directed.CampusPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
