Production ManagerWe are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Production Manager to join our well-established organization in millwork and wood component manufacturing. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for consistently and effectively communicating with multiple departments and department supervisors to convey any fabrication or potential installation challenges. You will also be responsible for ensuring millwork shop drawings are correct and workable, do take offs and prep for production while ensuring production is completed safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner.Job Type: Full Time, On-siteResponsibilities for the Production ManagerManage and oversee the production process from raw materials to finished productMonitor and control quality standards to ensure finished products meet or exceed customer expectationsPerform detailed reviews of blueprints and shop drawings prior to productionManage and control costs while maintaining the highest level of product qualityTrain, supervise, and evaluate production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.Conduct regular production reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvementManage and control production costs while ensuring quality standards are maintainedDevelop and implement production procedures and processes to ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficientlyContinuously monitor production processes to ensure they meet customer expectations and satisfaction levels.Requirements of the Production Manager:Minimum 3-5 years of Production/ShopManager experience in millwork/wood componentsSkilled at reading and reviewing blueprints and architectural drawingsProficient in BuildingMaterialsMillworkWindows, and DoorsProven work experience as a managerSolid understanding of CNC operations and programmingAbility to input, retrieve and analyze dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
