Director of NursingConfidential application processOrganization: Skilled Nursing Facility and Post-Acute FacilityJob DescriptionAre you a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing looking to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry? One of our top clients is seeking a dedicated and innovative leader to oversee the nursing operations of our skilled nursing facility and post-acute facility in California.ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership: Provide direct oversight and supervision of nursing staff, ensuring adherence to established clinical standards, policies, and procedures.Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to monitor and improve patient care outcomes.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including but not limited to CMS, OSHA, and CLIA.Staff Development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a highly skilled and motivated nursing team.Patient Care: Promote a patient-centered culture and ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care.Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the nursing department budget.Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a skilled nursing facility or post-acute facility.
