You will maintain ownership of company standards and brand integrity while maximizing sales and ensuring profitability.You will operate in line with the brand's Core Competencies and Values. As regional Manager you are a dynamic and inspiring leader who exhibits strong skills in relationship building with both clients and personnel. You are responsible for the overall recruitment, training and development of talent and performance management of their territory. The Regional Manager reports directly to the Head of Retail.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Attract, hire, develop, inspire and retain top talent to achieve company set store goals.Develop both short term and long term sales objectives for stores and partner with Head of Retail to ensure stores achieve budgets.Work in partnership with the Head of Retail to maximize sales potential by coaching employee behaviors.Regularly be in the market to network with and be aware of top talent at other retailers.Work in tandem with the Head of Retail to create consistency amongst stores to align best practices and operational efficiency.Ensure accountability with Store Managers to achieve sales, inventory and KPI goals.Maximize scheduling, recruiting and coaching skills to help store meet or exceed sales goals.Set goals and manage to expectations through clear communication of sales; operational procedures; performance standards; dress code and all other company policies and procedures.Focus on comp store growth, as well as new market exploration.Work with Training Manager to enhance experience culture in stores and to promote and develop training tools to enhance employee productivity, sales, and service levels.Have business acumen for reporting on both regional and global level.Experience & Key Competencies:Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.Minimum 2 years' experience in multi-location role.Excellent attention to detail & accuracy.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Excellent organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.This job description is not all-inclusive, and MCM Products USA Inc. reserves the right to amend this job description at any time.
