We are seeking a Benefits Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our comprehensive group benefits offerings. This role is key to ensuring that our employees have access to top-tier benefits that support their health, financial security, and overall well-being.Key Responsibilities:Plan and Direct Benefits Programs: Manage and oversee the administration of all group benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, worker's compensation, retirement plans, and more.Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service to employees, addressing their inquiries and needs related to benefits with care and accuracy.Design and Improve Benefits Plans: Investigate new benefits programs, assess the effectiveness of existing programs, and implement improvements to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.Compliance and Monitoring: Ensure all benefits programs comply with federal and state regulations, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Supervise and monitor the daily administration of benefits to ensure efficiency and accuracy.Vendor Management: Liaise with external benefits vendors and service providers to ensure top-quality service and value for our employees.Employee Education: Develop and conduct benefits education sessions, materials, and resources to help employees understand and maximize their benefitsQualifications:· Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field with a concentration in HR· Strong problem solving and analytical skills· Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, experience with pivot tables, vlookups, etc.· Ability to learn quickly· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively· Initiative - When you see a problem or area that needs improvement, bring it forward!· Collaboration - team mindset vs individual· A data driven mindset - You never make a decision without reviewing reports, and analyzing data so that you can determine the best way to proceedBrundage Management is an equal opportunity employer.
