Supply Chain ManagerElizabethtown, KentuckyOur client, a global supplier to the automotive industry, has an opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager at their plant in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Supply Chain Manager is the driving force behind a dynamic and efficient supply chain that keeps production running smoothly. This role will lead the development and implementation of strategic inventory and logistics policies, analyze data to optimize material flow, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability, production uptime, and minimized costs.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field required• CPIM or CSCP certification (APICS) desired• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or plant supply chain management• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and techniques (ABC analysis, safety stock calculations, etc.)• 3+ years Planning and scheduling• 3+ years supervisory experience• Intermediate/Advanced SAP MM, PP, and WM modules• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint• Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization software (e.g., Power BI)• Understanding of Lean / Six Sigma principlesThis role offers a competitive total rewards package that includes base salary and bonus, comprehensive benefits, paid time off and the opportunity to work for a reputable global organization.
