We are offering this opportunity to a service-oriented professional who enjoys variety and challenge to join our team of marketing professionals. This position will provide project support and administrative assistance for our Association Services & Marketing team. Responsibilities:Marketing Programs & Campaigns Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans. Coordinate and support marketing campaigns to promote the association's programs, events, and industry initiatives. Write, proofread, and edit content and copy for website, email, and other marketing materials. Support the day-to-day operations of the marketing department. Support member research and analytics. Project Management Create timelines, manage workflow, and track progress from concept to completion. Ensure the timely execution of marketing deliverables and maintain regular communication with internal/external stakeholders. Assist in monitoring marketing budgets, tracking invoices for accuracy, and ensure resources are allocated appropriately. Data Analytics & Reporting Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns. Analyze key metrics and create reports for internal stakeholders. Manage and maintain database lists. Relationship Building Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs Coordinate work with external vendors on designing, printing, and other marketing assets. Requirements:A successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a professional environment, and hold an associate's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and be able to demonstrate: Strong writing skills, with the ability to provide a writing sample upon request. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Working knowledge of email marketing, digital marketing and social media platforms Working knowledge of art direction, graphics design and designs elements Working knowledge of Content and video marketing Experience with CRM and database systems Attention to detail. Strong communication and organization skills. Adaptability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
