The position of the Corporate Actions Specialist is responsible for the securities processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions. Client DetailsThe client is a highly reputable financial services firm and ranked as one of the largest banking institutions in the world.DescriptionMonitor and process corporate actions including dividends, stock splits, mergers, acquisitions, and other related events.Ensure accurate and timely updates to client accounts in accordance with corporate action events.Reconcile discrepancies between CA notices and internal records, and resolve any issues promptly.Communicate with clients and counterparties regarding corporate action events and ensure client instructions are executed accurately.ProfileBachelor's degree or above3 years of relevant experiencePrevious experience in Corporate action processing, preferably within financial service industryIn-depth understanding of corporate actions, securities processing and the custody business.
