They identify and resolve complex problems, or escalate them to the Tier 4 End User Support Technician or the Technical Account Manager. Additionally, they provide training and coaching, acting as an escalation point for Tier 1 and 2 Support Technicians. On-site technical support for clients may also be provided.QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED required, prefer associate degree or higher2 years of relevant experience in a tier 2 (or higher) technical help desk environmentAt least 1 year of tier 3 support experience is desiredValid driver's license, insurance and reliable personal vehiclePreferred certifications:A+Microsoft Office SpecialistACMT (Apple) or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Windows 10)
