The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic branding and marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand is consistent across all touchpoints.ResponsibilitiesAlign the company around the brands marketing direction, choices and strategies, assist Global Brand President to translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategiesWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touch points, including social media(e.g. Instagram, Tiktok), PR, online and offline compaigns. Develop media relations strategy, leverage PR and communications partners to cultivate deeper relationships within business and industry media, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media as well as partnerships with VIP influencers and celebritiesConceptualize novel product and brand marketing campaigns, from small, single-channel concepts to larger omni-channel brand moments Manage budgets and a team of social media managers, content creators, copywriters, and PR coordinators, oversea day to day operations, creating engaging marketing assets and contentWork with Global Brand President and Creative Director to ensure brand consistency across photo, video and digital assets from Creative teamsAnalyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives, making recommendations for improvement, planning future KPIs, and forecasting performancePartner with regional brand managers to bring the brand vision to life across the globe QualificationsBA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline from prestigious institutions6 + years solid brand management and marketing experienceExcellent communication and project management skillsStrong analytical skills partnered with a creative mindData-driven thinking and an affinity for numbersThe ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAttention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityUnderstanding of brand voice, guidelines, and reputation management in the social media sphereCapacity to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic social media landscape.
