This primary focus of this position is the installation, operating and support of LAN, wireless, datacenter and SDWAN technologies, across 100+ global locations. The Network Engineer will work closely with ADI's infrastructure teams to support a scalable, secure and resilient network.Primary responsibilities:Configuration and installation of LAN & datacenter switches, wireless controllers and access points and SD-WAN appliances.Provide operational support for the global network environment including response to tickets, on call rotation and support of major incidents.Monitor the performance and trends of network performance and produce monthly reports on key performance indicatorsPublish reference architecture and run books for network infrastructureMaintain software and hardware life cycles for network equipment. Leverage automation for software deployments. Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years in a networking roleHands on, multi-year, experience on Juniper QFX and EX series switchesExperience with Aruba wireless controllers & Clearpass preferred.Fortinet SDWAN & Firewall experience is a major plusExperience in automation for deployment of configuration and softwareStrong understanding of: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network SecuritySolid understanding in the following technologies and protocols: BGP, OSPF, RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSec, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSLGood interpersonal skills, ability to work with a global team and work with senior management on strategy and operational efficiencies.Good documentation, technical writing and presentation skillsExperience in cloud environments is preferredLI-PG1For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
