Position Overview:Bilfinger Industrial Services is seeking a SeniorProject Manager to join our team in Iowa City, IA. PMs are responsible for different projects ranging from small-scale to long term, multi-discipline contracts with clients. Ideal candidates have internal drive, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and easily adapt to changes using problem solving.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstablish a roadmap to success: have an execution plan and continuous alignment with the team members about the project scope, schedule, and budget.Oversee projects to assure that expectations are metMonitor projects and take action when obstacles ariseFacilitate and lead meetings to encourage information sharing, collaboration, and team buildingBe the primary point of contact with the client project managerCreate detailed deliverables scheduleKnow the master service agreement (MSA) and financial terms.Basic Qualifications:BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering15+ years engineering experienceSupervision experienceProficient in Microsoft ProjectCommunication skills vitalKnowledge of general project operations and project management.Desired Skills:PMP certifiedMasters in Engineering or MBAFrom innovative engineering ideas to precision project management, Bilfinger Industrial Services delivers the solutions that meet client needs and fuel growing economies.
