Facilities Engineer

Let Us Tell You About this Position:Equity ECS is a full service commercial real estate firm. Our comprehensive platform includes development, construction, brokerage, and property management services that are tailored to provide solutions to each client's needs. As the Building Engineer, you will utilize various skill sets to regularly inspect and identify any problems that may take place at the assigned properties. Your position is responsible for making minor repairs to plumbing or electrical, and/or contacting specialists when the job is too complex. You are tasked with carrying out routine maintenance such as changing light bulbs, cleaning, and miscellaneous duties such as assembling pieces and meeting with vendors.
