In this role, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on heater control systems, pumps, heaters, and insulation installation and removal. This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of an exciting and ground-breaking company!Operate high temperature pilot systemsOperate pumps, valves, heaters, blowers, and compressors Monitor and control pressures, temperatures, flow rates, and levels to efficiently achieve operating results Troubleshoot equipment, electrical and instrumentation issuesSupport continuous learning and application of nuclear industry best practicesESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent2 years of experience in industrial plant operations or military service Knowledge of operation and maintenance of pumps, electric motors, motor controls, piping devices, hydraulic control systems, and other mechanical equipmentAbility to perform and record results of lab testsMaintenance experience in industrial facilities equipment including motors and pumpsBONUS QUALIFICATIONS4 years of experience Nuclear industry experience WHY AVERRO?Averro is a Veteran-Owned organization dedicated to delivering innovative talent solutions, business consulting and technology services that propel businesses and careers forward.
